At New Tech Labs, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Because our products are temperature-sensitive and intended for research purposes, we can only accept returns under specific circumstances.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged during shipping.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
- The item received does not match your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality assurance, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened products.
- Used products.
- Products that have been improperly stored after delivery.
- Products damaged due to customer handling.
- Orders returned without prior authorization.
- Change-of-mind purchases.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product has been inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by New Tech Labs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Provide clear photos showing:
- The product received.
- Any damage to the item.
- The shipping packaging and label.
After verification, we will arrange either:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return conditions outlined above.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions.
- Customs inspections.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Force majeure events.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with the courier to determine an appropriate resolution.
